Hours of Operation

International Trade Center is staffed to provide full property services during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  During this time, the building's engineering staff are on site to perform maintenance and other necessary services.  Security is on site 24 hours a day to monitor and patrol the facility and property.

Heating/Air Conditioning & Lighting

Heating/air conditioning & lighting will be provided during normal hours of operation, which is from 7am-7pm (Monday - Friday).  All after-hours requests can be activated via the web-based ACS system.  Please see the tenant rep on your floor for more information.

Please contact the management office during operating hours for more information regarding the ACS system and tenant reps.

Holidays

The building is closed on the following holidays:  New Years Day,  Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.  It is necessary to use your ITC access badge to gain entry during building holidays.
